FAQ

The short answers.

Can I really pay in yuan?

You see the price in yuan and you pay that amount — but there is no liquid yuan stablecoin on Solana yet, so it settles in USDG at the live CNY rate. The same goes for yen, won, rupees and the rest. Euros, francs, pounds, pesos and dollars have their own tokens and are paid in them directly.

Who actually buys the product?

Our fulfilment partner places the order with Amazon or eBay and ships it to your address. You get an order number and a carrier tracking number. The store sees an ordinary order.

Do you ever hold my money?

No. The swap and the payment happen in one transaction you sign. If the transaction fails, nothing moves. There is no balance with us to top up or withdraw.

What if the price changes while I'm paying?

The quote is checked again when you sign. If the store's price or the rate moved past the slippage limit, the transaction is refused and you see the new total before trying again.

Do I need SOL?

A tiny amount for the network fee, around 0.00005 SOL per order. Everything else is paid in the currency you choose.
